Oxana Moseychuk was born in Moscow and has lived in Vienna, Austria since 1993. Her lifelong passion for music turned into the study of various percussion instruments, such as: Djembe, Cajon, Congas, Japanese drums Taiko, Wavedrum, and the Drum-set. Since 2008, Oxana has been giving private lessons on Taiko in Vienna.

Micha Schwarz and Oxana Moseychuk have played as a duo since 2008. Their lineup includes the following instruments: Hang, Garrahands, Wavedrums, Cajons, Taiko drums, and live-looping.

Hang and Garrahand are both very young and melodic percussion instruments. The percussion synthesizer Wavedrum entails a wide range of percussive, melodic, and even futuristic sounds. Oxana and Micha combine the possibilities of these instruments with the percussive texture of the more traditional Cajon and Taiko.

The duo's concerts have been very well received by Russian audiences in Samara, St. Petersburg, Moscow and Ekaterinburg. Since 2009, Micha Schwarz and Oxana Moseychuk are regular invitees to the annual festival "Barabany Mira" to play concerts and teach drumming master-classes. For the festival "Barabani za Mir," which will take place in Ekaterinburg in summer 2012, Oxana and Micha are invited to play as headliners.
